These terms cover your use of Aroosa ("we", "us"), a service that shows you wearing outfits from photos you upload. By creating an account you agree to them.
Aroosa is run by ScreenLantern Labs Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company no. 17557308). Questions: hello@aroosa.ai.
Your account
- You must be 16 or older to use Aroosa.
- One account per person. Keep access to your email safe — it's how you sign in.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Looks, passes and top-ups
- Every new account gets 3 free looks, once.
- A wedding pass gives 60 looks, valid for 90 days from purchase. Unused looks expire with the pass.
- A top-up gives 20 looks that don't expire.
- One look is used each time a picture is made, including when you ask for a new version of a look. If a look fails, it's given back automatically.
- Prices include tax and are shown in your currency at checkout.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Your photos and what you make
- Your photos, clothing and looks stay yours. We use them only to run the service for you.
- We never use your photos to train AI models, and never show them to anyone unless you share a look.
- How we handle them is set out in our Privacy Policy. You can delete all of them at any time in Settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload photos of anyone other than yourself without their permission;
- upload photos of anyone under 16;
- upload nudity or sexual content, or try to make the service produce it;
- use looks to impersonate, harass or mislead anyone;
- upload clothing photos you don't have the right to use for personal try-on;
- misuse the service — for example by automating it, or creating accounts to get more free looks.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
About generated looks
Looks are AI-generated illustrations to help you decide what to wear. They can differ from how a garment really fits, drapes or looks in colour, and are not a guarantee of size or fit. Looks are for your personal use; you may share them with friends and family.
Shared links
A share link shows only the looks you pick, to anyone with the link. Links expire after 30 days and you can end one at any time. People who vote don't need an account.
The service
- We work to keep Aroosa running, but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
- We may change features. If we make a change that materially affects paid looks you haven't used, we'll tell you first.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in the EU or elsewhere, you keep the consumer protections of the country you live in.
